Key Account Manager – Slovakia

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our commercial team in Slovakia. In this senior, hands‑on position you will own a portfolio of strategic customers, build long‑term partnerships and drive sales, profitability and market share.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic key accounts, establishing strong, sustainable relationships.
• Lead annual negotiations and business planning covering pricing, commercial terms, assortment, listings and promotional activities.
• Own the customer P&L, budgets and trade investments, delivering sales growth and margin targets.
• Analyse customer performance, market trends and commercial data to identify opportunities and support forecasting.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance to execute commercial plans and product launches.
• Lead and develop an assigned team member and contribute best practices to enhance commercial capabilities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Key Account Management, preferably in FMCG or a fast‑paced consumer‑focused environment.
• Strong track record of managing strategic customers and leading commercial negotiations and annual business planning.
• Solid commercial understanding of pricing, margins, profitability, customer P&L and trade investments.
• Professional proficiency in English and native or bilingual Slovak.
• Valid Category B driving licence.

• Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
