Junior Consultant – Sustainability & ESG

About the role

The Climate Change & Sustainability Services (CCaSS) team at EY helps clients improve and report on their sustainability performance, manage emerging risks and seize opportunities in climate change, green finance, health and safety, labor rights, non‑financial reporting, supply chain and environmental management.

Key responsibilities

• Analyzing activities in the field of ESG and designing strategic initiatives for responsible business and sustainable development.
• Defining and implementing ESG strategies and linking them to revised business models that address current needs and future growth.
• Participating in projects related to non‑financial data reporting and integrated reporting for clients.
• Measuring a company’s impact on the environment, economy and society.
• Conducting sector and market research with a focus on ESG topics.
• Participating in market research and business development activities.

Required profile

• Master’s degree.
• 2–3 years of experience working on projects in climate change, sustainability or ESG.
• Fluent knowledge of English and Slovak.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical thinking and curiosity to learn new things.
• Client‑oriented approach.
