ISG OEM International Account Support Manager

About the role

Lenovo is seeking an International Account Support Manager to oversee the ISG OEM catalogue lifecycle and provide end‑to‑end support for North American customers. The role operates on a shift from 4 pm to 12 am, ensuring catalogue accuracy, pricing consistency, and smooth order execution.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain catalogue accuracy, including part numbers, pricing, availability, and lifecycle status.
• Manage quarterly updates, quote validity, replacements, and end‑of‑life transitions.
• Apply and govern pricing models, margins, and approvals to ensure commercial alignment.
• Serve as the primary catalogue contact for customers and internal account teams, coordinating regular operational calls.
• Support pre‑sales configuration, custom quotes, RPQs, V3 order support and V4 pre‑buy activities.
• Investigate and resolve billing, invoicing, and repricing issues while ensuring smooth order execution.
• Submit change requests, drive automation, and define requirements for system enhancements.

Required profile

• Strong background in contract language creation and documentation.
• Excellent teamwork, quality‑improvement, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage priorities, think critically, and resolve problems efficiently.
• Fluent written and verbal English.
