ICT Administrator III – Contact Center Operations (German B1)

About the role

Join the LAN/WLAN expert team at Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions Slovakia as an ICT Administrator III. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth, uninterrupted service for contact centre customers, handling tickets, and supporting 2nd and 3rd level environments.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage change, incident, and problem tickets according to SLA and internal processes (INM, CHM, PRM, DOM).
• Maintain service continuity, follow escalation standards, and investigate root causes of incidents.
• Plan, test, implement, and document complex changes, acting as technical lead when required.
• Serve as Single Point of Contact for at least one customer, area, or technology.
• Coordinate internal and vendor support for troubleshooting and end‑user assistance.
• Train colleagues, produce documentation, and perform quality/reporting tasks.

Required profile

• Completed secondary education.
• Fluent English (B2) and German (B1) language skills.
• Minimum 2 years experience in ICT application operation and management.
• Strong interest in networking and cloud technologies.
• Expertise in Windows and Linux environments.
• Analytical thinking, effective communication, and team‑player attitude.
