Experienced Product Designer – Design System

About the role

We are looking for an Experienced Product Designer to lead and evolve our Design System, helping shape the user experience of ESET’s security solutions used by millions worldwide. You will work within the global User Experience team at ESET headquarters, collaborating with product, engineering and research teams to deliver coherent, scalable, and accessible design across a portfolio of enterprise security products.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop specific areas of the Design System, including components, tokens and content guidelines.
• Promote best‑practice adoption throughout the organization and provide clear usage documentation for designers and developers.
• Map recurring patterns and workflows to reduce friction and improve usability.
• Champion accessibility and inclusivity in every component and interaction.
• Validate design decisions with usability testing, analytics and data‑driven insights.
• Balance consistency with innovation while ensuring technical feasibility.
• Bridge design and development by delivering precise implementation specifications.
• Prioritise work to meet immediate product needs and support the long‑term evolution of the system.
• Mentor junior designers, participate in critiques and contribute to the full UX lifecycle.
