Enterprise Sales Manager – Central Eastern Europe

About the role

Marlink is expanding its Enterprise Energy & Government (EEG) group across Central Eastern Europe. As an Enterprise Sales Manager you will lead the geographic expansion, targeting telecom, banking, manufacturing, data centre and utility customers with Marlink’s managed service and Starlink satellite solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Open new markets for Marlink’s MSP and connectivity portfolio in the CEE region.
• Map the total addressable market, identify remote sites, maritime and enterprise backup opportunities.
• Initiate contact with dormant accounts and conduct discovery calls to build a qualified pipeline.
• Develop and present a territory campaign plan and execute outbound outreach.
• Negotiate and close early‑win contracts while maintaining a multi‑quarter pipeline.

Required profile

• Proven B2B solution‑selling experience in telecommunications, managed service providers or satellite communications.
• Strong technical understanding of network architecture and how Starlink LEO satellite hardware integrates with managed WAN, SD‑WAN and cellular fail‑over.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a territory from scratch and navigate complex mid‑market or enterprise deal cycles.
• Consultative sales approach with excellent outbound prospecting skills.
