Customer Support Advisor with Hungarian and Slovak

About the role

The Customer Support Advisor (Hungarian & Slovak) will interact with customers via phone or online channels, providing assistance and resolving routine issues related to the client’s products or services. The role focuses on delivering service that meets contractual KPIs while building rapport with customers.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure service delivery meets agreed‑upon KPIs.
• Clarify customer requirements, use decision‑support tools and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Listen attentively, demonstrate empathy, and maintain a courteous, professional tone.
• Maintain basic knowledge of client products and services.
• Accurately document interactions in the call tracking database.
• Refer customers to published materials or senior staff when needed.
• Participate in initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and business performance.

Required profile

• High school diploma; 3‑6 months of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and courteous demeanor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Dependable with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, adapt quickly to changes, and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts as required.

Required skills

• PC Knowledge (basic computer navigation skills).
