Customer Success Manager – 3D BIM Software

About the role

ALLPLAN is seeking a Customer Success Manager to nurture relationships with global architecture and engineering clients using its 3D BIM software suite. You will guide customers through onboarding, adoption, and growth, ensuring they extract maximum value from the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full customer lifecycle – onboarding, training, regular check‑ins, adoption, and satisfaction tracking.
• Meet or exceed renewal, expansion, and cross‑sell quotas by identifying growth opportunities and negotiating contracts.
• Forecast pipeline health for assigned accounts and report progress to the Team Lead.
• Drive product usage through tailored enablement plans and virtual demos.
• Troubleshoot client issues, coordinating with Support and Product teams for timely resolution.
• Collect and relay actionable customer feedback to Product/Engineering.
• Analyze account health metrics and proactively mitigate churn risk.
• Collaborate with Sales on account planning and upsell opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years in customer‑facing roles such as Customer Success, Sales, or Technical Support.
• Experience in the Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) sector, preferably with SCIA and/or FRILO.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to forecast, manage pipelines, and build meaningful relationships across global teams.
• Self‑motivated, comfortable working across regions and time zones.
