Customer Success & Account Manager (US Hours)

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager/Account Manager with a strong telco background to support small US enterprise clients. The role works on US hours (3:00 pm‑11:30 pm) and is based in a hybrid model, with three days a week in our Bratislava office.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑manage enterprise accounts together with a Strategic Account Lead, supporting new business development and RFP processes.
• Handle sales tools, track orders from receipt to billing, and propose solutions aligned with client goals and industry trends.
• Collaborate with product, marketing and support teams, conduct regular business reviews and identify upsell opportunities.
• Ensure high client satisfaction by resolving issues quickly and providing insights to senior management.
• Continuously improve product and technical knowledge through training and industry resources.

Required profile

• Experience in customer‑facing roles such as Account Management, Project Management, Sales or Client Services.
• Telecommunications experience is mandatory, with knowledge of voice, data, internet and cloud services.
• Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management and decision‑making abilities.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, detail‑oriented and a strong team player.

Required skills
