Customer Fulfillment Representative – Iberia

About the role

The Customer Fulfillment Representative acts as the primary point of contact for assigned Iberian accounts, overseeing the full order lifecycle to ensure customer satisfaction and business continuity. The role combines proactive and reactive communication via phone and email, delivering high‑standard service that builds long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve customer inquiries related to shipment dates, product lifecycle and order status.
• Manage order quality issues, applying necessary actions and escalations to meet management targets.
• Handle a backlog of orders, ensuring fulfillment within Lenovo’s agreed service lead times.
• Respond to all internal and external requests with professionalism and efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (relevant experience may substitute).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar customer‑service or order‑management role.
• Proactive attitude, openness to learning and flexibility to adapt to new approaches.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills; able to work effectively under pressure.

Required skills

• Intermediate Excel proficiency, including VLOOKUP and Pivot tables.
