Customer Acquisition Specialist (German or French)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Acquisition Specialist who can combine language skills in German or French with a passion for outbound sales. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in an international IT consulting environment, allowing you to develop real business development capabilities while speaking English daily.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach.
• Identify decision‑makers, qualify leads and book meetings for the sales team.
• Log all activities accurately in the CRM system.
• Follow structured calling sequences and continuously improve engagement rates.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to align scripts and lead‑generation strategies.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects, using phone outreach as the core driver.

Required profile

• Fluent English (spoken & written) – the daily working language.
• Very good German OR French; at least one language is mandatory.
• Comfortable making regular phone calls and speaking with new contacts.
• Clear, confident verbal communication and a resilient, target‑driven attitude.
• Quick learner able to work with structured scripts and processes.
• Previous call‑centre or customer‑service experience is a plus but not required.

Required skills

• Experience with a CRM system for tracking outreach activities.
