Acquisition Sales Manager

About the role

Asseco Solutions, a leading ERP provider in Slovakia and the Czech Republic, is looking for an Acquisition Sales Manager to drive new B2B business. You will be responsible for identifying prospects, negotiating with senior decision‑makers and guiding the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signing.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively identify and develop new B2B opportunities.
• Approach mid‑size and large enterprises, uncovering their ERP needs.
• Negotiate with CEOs, CFOs and other senior executives responsible for ERP selection.
• Maintain and grow customer relationships, spotting additional needs based on market trends.
• Collaborate with Pre‑Sales Consultants to design optimal ERP solutions.
• Manage the entire sales process, from initial outreach to contract signature.
• Build long‑term partnerships and expand the customer portfolio.

Required profile

• Proven B2B business development experience.
• Comfortable with cold calling, networking and opening new opportunities.
• Strong negotiation skills with senior executives.
• Result‑oriented with solid business acumen.
• Ability to manage an independent sales pipeline.
• Experience selling complex solutions (ERP, IT, SaaS, consulting, technology) is a plus.
