Project Manager – Civil Construction

About the role

AFRY, an engineering, design and consulting firm with 18,000 experts worldwide, is looking for an experienced project manager for civil construction projects in Bratislava. You will lead key groundworks projects, manage multidisciplinary teams and act as the main partner for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead civil construction projects from planning through handover
• Own the budget, track costs, the schedule and change orders
• Identify risks and propose solutions to keep the project within agreed parameters
• Help prepare contracts, negotiate terms and ensure they are fulfilled
• Maintain long-term client relationships and represent the project externally

Required profile

• Technical university or secondary education (construction preferred)
• Proven experience in civil construction; experience with developers is a strong advantage
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams independently and coordinate several parties at once
• English at a level allowing constructive technical discussions with foreign partners (German is an advantage)
