Customer Support Advisor (Czech) – Remote

About the role

Join Concentrix as a Customer Support Advisor providing assistance in Czech for a popular online shop. You will work from home, handling inbound calls and email inquiries, helping customers with orders, deliveries, returns and claims.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer e‑mails in Czech.
• Assist customers with registration, profile settings, order tracking, delivery issues and returns.
• Resolve claims such as lost or damaged packages and partial returns.
• Enter and maintain accurate data in the internal database using the ticketing system.
• Work scheduled shifts: Mon‑Fri 08:00‑16:30 or 11:30‑20:00, Sat & holidays 09:00‑18:00 (38.75 h/week).

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken Czech.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Strong computer literacy and quick learning ability.
• Ability to multitask, active listening and customer‑oriented attitude.
• Reliable home internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download).
